Compositech's evaluations include a thorough operating review of your filter. We troubleshoot filtration problems and identify solutions for issues including inadequate vacuum, high filtrate solids, and difficult cake release. Upon completion of an inspection, our knowledgeable staff provide a detail of filter maintenance issues and recommended filter modifications or upgrades. We are ready to work with each customers needs according to their schedule and budget. Services Compositech is dedicated to precise and efficient running machinery. Experienced Compositech engineers and service personnel are available to assist in the installation and start-up of all Compositech equipment. Our staff offer you the benefits of their technical know-how and firsthand knowledge of the equipment, plus the backing of Compositech’s entire design and research facilities. Our service staff offers instruction on proper operating and maintenance procedures, advice on trouble shooting and proven methods of assembly. If needed, our staff will supervise the entire filter installation and start-up.
We provide a variety of on site services for our filtration customers who operate with equipment originally manufactured by other companies. Compositech engineering and technical staff are available for everything from a filter inspection to a complete filter rebuild using parts that meet or exceed the performance of the original equipment and at significant cost savings. We have skilled technicians who regularly conduct preventive maintenance on all models of vacuum filters. A preventive maintenance contract can give our customers the peace of mind to keep from worrying about filter maintenance. We are also available for urgent service calls to find a solution to your specific operating problem. | Replacement Parts Compositech offers a full line of after market replacement parts for all brands of disc, drum, horizontal belt, belt press, and tower press filters. We have a large inventory of standard parts and we also custom design parts to customer specifications. In many cases our replacement parts will not only save you money, but will enhance the performance of your existing equipment through design improvements. In addition to the parts we manufacture, Compositech is well known for our rebuilt parts which our customers have used for years with complete confidence. We ship machine-ready parts for installation by your crew or our service group is available for installations and filter rebuilds. For the benefit of the original purchaser, Compositech, Inc. warrants all new equipment of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship; and will replace or repair any part or parts returned to it which Compositech's examination shows to have failed under normal use and service by the original user within the specified warranty period following delivery to the purchaser. Repair or replacement is free of charge for all items except filter drainage belts with respect to which repair or replacement is subject to pro rata charge based upon Compositech, Inc.'s estimate of the percentage of normal service life realized from the part. Compositech, Inc.'s obligation under this warranty is conditioned upon its receiving prompt notice of claimed defects which shall in no event be later than thirty (30) days following expiration of the year warranty period; and is limited to repair or replacement as aforesaid. |
